Bueng Kan Province is located in the upper northeastern region of Thailand. Most schools in Bueng Kan are small. Many children live with their grandparents because their parents work in other provinces. Most families work as gardeners and have low and insufficient income. ACT NOW has visited 14 schools in 4 districts: So Phisai, Bueng Khong Long, Seka, and Si Wilai, with a total of 1,906 students.
We supported these schools from September 22–26, 2025. Our support covered three main areas: education supplies, nutrition supplies, and hygiene supplies, as well as support for repairs, such as renovation of computer rooms and building a net fence the canteen. The schools also lacked fans, refrigerators, and kitchenware for cooking. We recognize the importance of what children need, so we helped and supported the schools. We hope our support will benefit the children and help their future development.
