Mr. Edwards is the co-director and co-founder of Act Now CSR Limited in Ireland and Act Now Children’s Consulting Co. Ltd.
He has over 12 years’ experience working as Director of Act Now Children's Consulting Ltd, which he co-founded in Thailand and Oman. Since 2008,
he has been responsible for managing all aspects of the company including designing, implementing, and monitoring CSR-funded projects.
He is also responsible for overseeing all operational activities such as budgets, human resources, marketing, client relations (including international stakeholders in the public and private sectors), logistics, and strategic management.
He has managed over 100 individual humanitarian projects throughout South East Asia, South Asia, and the Middle East.
Prior to founding Act Now Children's Consulting Co. Ltd, Mr. Edwards worked for 6 years as a Developmental Economic Consultant providing economic, market, and financial consulting to organizations expanding operations in South East Asia.
He also was a volunteer in Thailand for two years. Mr. Edwards holds a BA in Finance and International Business and has undertaken conflict resolution training. He is also a native English speaker and is fluent in Thai.

Mr Wood is the co-director and co-founder of Act Now CSR Limited in Ireland and Act Now Children’s Consulting Co. Ltd.
He has 15 years' experience working as a CSR consultant and Managing Director of CSR consulting firms.
Mr Wood has worked as Director of Act Now Children's Consulting Co., Ltd in Thailand and Oman since 2009.
In this role, he oversaw the day-to-day operations of the global CSR consultancy firm. He has successfully designed and implemented CSR strategies for businesses, including multi-nationals, seeking to launch global humanitarian projects.
He facilitates client - donor introductions and brokers collaborations between clients and philanthropic projects. He also has expertise in managing project budgets in line with the company's and client’s requirements.
Between 2006 and 2009 he was the CSR Director at Global Phoenix Alliance LLC. Here, Mr Wood assisted businesses, high net worth individuals and philanthropic organisations to develop CSR initiatives, in particular those benefiting South East Asia and the Middle East. Mr Wood created brand-specific initiatives to position companies to be industry leaders in a business-aligned societal initiative.
Prior to his experience as a Director in the area of CSR, he worked for various nonprofit organizations and INGOs.
Mr Wood has a degree in International Development and is fluent in English (Mother Tongue), Arabic and Tagalog.

Ms. Suchada is a General Manager of Act Now Children's Consulting Co.; Ltd. headquarters in Thailand.
She has almost 10 years' experience working as a CSR consultant firm.
Since 2011, she has been responsible for accounting, HR, design strategy and set goals for growth, ensure employees work productively and develop professionally, evaluate and improve operations and financial performance, maintain budgets and optimize expenses and managing overall of the project including designing, implementing and monitoring all project in Thailand.
She has managed over 50 individual humanitarian projects throughout Thailand and neighboring countries.
Ms. Suchada graduated in Bachelor of Business Administration major in International Business Management and a Master’s degree of Business Administration (GLOBAL MBA) from The University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce in Thailand.
She is also a native Thai speaker and is good at English.
